Yes! Crew offers a free version with limited features — it's a freemium product. You can use the free plan as long as you like, or upgrade to Premium for the full experience.
The subscription can be purchased by any crew member, and once it's active, all members of that specific crew automatically get access to Premium features. The person who subscribes also gets Premium unlocked for all the crews they personally create (up to 5 crews).
On the Home page, you'll see a small circle in the top corner — right next to your greeting — with the initial of your crew inside. Tap it and a sidebar opens. From there, you can:
Yes! You can be part of up to 5 crews at the same time — free and Premium ones mixed together. Each crew is independent, so you can organize different groups however you like: family, roommates, work, or friends.
If you delete a crew while other members are still part of it, ownership automatically transfers to another member and the crew keeps running normally.
To permanently delete a crew, all members must leave it first. Once you're the last remaining member and delete the crew, all its data is removed permanently.
Yes! You can set a budget on any spending category — groceries, eating out, bills, whatever your home tracks. Just tap the budget icon at the top right of the Expenses page, pick a category and set your limit.
Crew keeps an eye on it and warns you before you go over — so you catch the overspending while you can still do something about it, not at the end of the month.
Absolutely! In Settings → Notifications you can turn any type of notification on or off — get reminders for every little thing, or keep things quiet and minimize interruptions. It's fully customizable.
Absolutely. When you delete your account, all your data is deleted along with it. We don't keep any information once your account is gone — your privacy is fully respected.
